Sale Pending!

Three weeks ago, we put our house back on the market. After our first showing, we had an offer. We counter-offered, and the buyers accepted; so, our house is now "Sale Pending"! Inspections are this Monday, and the appraisal should follow. We are praying that all goes smoothly with both. The buyers will close on our house at the end of March. We are so excited and ready for the next chapter of our lives!
